The easiest way to create a beautiful chart or graph is by starting from a wide selection of templates. Click add new slide and go to the charts and graphs category. You can easily switch to different chart formats in the editor, so you just need to select the slide that resembles the structure you need.

Select the chart and change chart type first.

Next, change the chart data when populating your chart or graph with data. You have 3 options. You can type the data or paste it from another spreadsheet into the chart data table.

You can also import your data by uploading an Excel or CSV file.

Last but not least, you can even connect your graph to live data by connecting your chart to an alive Google spreadsheet. Your chart will always have the latest data from your Google sheet. This means any time someone visits your chart via the published URL or embeds it on your website, your chart will always be up-to-date. If anything changes in Google Sheets, your data will automatically be adjusted in your graph. Here’s how.
